Any free antivirus that can cd boot?

i need a bootable cd antivirus program. my old computer is loaded with viruses, but once turned on, pop ups are all over and the antivirus wont work. it also wont let me download anything. any suggestions for a bootable cd antivirus? Thanks

Have you tried booting into safe mode at all? If you can you may be able to install and scan from this point.

If not your best bet would be to try a fresh reinstall of your OS.
