Free antivirus/firewall?

can anyone advise me of anyfree antivirus or firewall software, as my computer only has 196mb of mem i cant download bt's software as it requires 256mb!

Progfest has it bang on, AVG for antivirus and zone alarm for a software firewall.

You might want to try spybot search %26 destroy or adaware as well - again all for free.

Cut down the software that loads on startup to free some RAM, Winpatrol or Ccleaner will do it easily. You could do with a bit more.

You need to install one firewall.
